Great! So I think that the first couple of weeks should center around how to treat a computer, how to wake the computer up, how to click, how to use the mouse, and how to close the programs down to leave the lab.
These are my rough thoughts:- Week 1 - behavior in the computer lab- Weeks 2 and 3 - How to use a computer- Weeks 4 through 7 - a little bit of keyboarding to connect their fingers to the letters on the keyboard- Weeks 8 through 12 - beginning to type some of the stories in our journals

That should take us through to winter break and then we could move on to math topics from last year.I can come chat after school any day this week, except today. I can also swing down there on my planning time (11:40-12:40 T,W,R).external image cleardot.gif
